The Younger Man Problem Nobody Warned Us About

The Younger Man Problem Nobody Warned Us About

Let's talk about Luca.

Because honestly?

Who authorized this man?

Luca Moretti is younger than Simone, confident enough to be dangerous, charming enough to get away with it, and apparently has no interest whatsoever in respecting her carefully constructed emotional boundaries.

Which creates a problem.

A very attractive problem.

😂

The thing about an age-gap romance isn't simply the age difference.

It's the assumptions that come with it.

People immediately want to know:

Is she having a crisis?

Is he using her?

Is she trying to feel young?

Is he looking for a mother?

And perhaps the most insulting question:

“What could they possibly have in common?”

Um…

How about chemistry?

Humor?

Ambition?

Conversation?

Mutual respect?

Desire?

Maybe the things that actually make relationships work aren't listed on a birth certificate.

Simone isn't interested in raising Luca.

And Luca isn't interested in rescuing Simone.

That's important.

He isn't attracted to her because she's older.

He's attracted to her.

Her intelligence.

Her confidence.

Her presence.

The way she challenges him.

The way she doesn't melt simply because he's charming.

Especially that.

Luca can flirt with plenty of women.

Simone makes him work for it.

And that changes everything.

Because sometimes the most dangerous person in the room isn't the younger man.

It's the woman who has finally realized:

“I don't need your approval to want you.”

And Luca?

He is about to learn that Simone Vale is not a woman you casually forget.
