All volunteers represent the Roots & Prosperity Summitâ„¢ and must:

  • Arrive on time
  • Follow event leadership instructions
  • Treat all attendees with respect
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive environment
  • Uphold safety and community guidelines
  • Stay in assigned roles unless redirected
  • Report any issues immediately
  • Uphold a no-politics, no-religion, no-discrimination policy
  • Stay substance-free during the event

Volunteers in Kids Zone or Teen Lounge must remain in supervised areas at all times.

  • I am volunteering my time and not considered an employee.
  • I will follow all safety rules and event instructions.
  • I release Roots & Prosperity Summitâ„¢ from liability for personal property loss, injury due to misconduct, or failure to obey rules.
  • Photos or videos taken at the event may be used for recap or promotion.
  • Youth volunteers (14–17) require a parental permission form.
  • I will behave professionally and respectfully to all attendees.
